When the moniker “trophy wife” comes to mind images of one of Donald Trump’s wives or one of the various “The Real Housewives” are typically conjured up. While becoming a trophy wife is not difficult, it requires attention to detail and a certain level of ambition in order to land and keep your sugar daddy.

Steps

1.Don’t get there first. Trophy wives are usually not the first wife. The first wife tirelessly supports her man, puts him before her and helps him rise to greatness. By the time her husband achieves status and cash, she may not look as hot as she did when the journey began. That’s where the trophy wife swoops in for the kill––looking like a hot little tamale on barometer busting day. Essentially, as the trophy wife, you are his “trophy” and his reward for his rank in life. Some tips and warnings about being a second (or third, or fourth...) wife:

Make sure you're hooking up with an older dude with cash and status... not just some old man who tries to support an extravagant life on a fixed income. Marrying an old guy with no money or status negates the trophy wife status.

Consider your age in comparison to his children. Optimally, you want the kids out of the house, as being stepmom will only cut into the adoration of you (and you definitely don't want him catching you staring daggers at his kids).If the kids are still at home, hire numerous nannies to handle childcare and be very generous about the time they spend back at mom's place.

Check out his ex-wife payouts. Compare his salary to his alimony and possible child support checks. Confirm that there will be more than enough money to support your intended lavish lifestyle.

2.Give yourself a foreign name. Some of the most successful trophy wives have a name that either no one has heard of or is something extremely exotic. Typically names that blend a lot of vowels and consonants together work well or at least sound Russian. Also, a one-word name is especially alluring and mysterious like “Madonna” or “Keisha.”

Consider names carefully. You want mystery and intrigue, not anything suggestive of a stripper. Avoid names like “Bambi” or “Candi” or the various inanimate object type names.Be sure you can pronounce the name. Don’t give yourself a name you can’t pronounce or one where you find yourself constantly changing its pronunciation.

3.Change your age. Rich old guys do not want a woman who is their age or (gasp) anyone over 35 years old. Trophy wives are young or at least look young. So if you aren’t under the age of 35, you’ll have to manually change your age––either on paper or via your looks, or perhaps both.

Don’t alter your driver’s license (because that’s illegal) but instead make a fake photo I.D. you can flash if he asks for confirmation.Convince yourself that you are a certain age. Update your Facebook page to reflect your new birth date, tell people that you are only (insert age) and shop in the “juniors” section for apparel.

4.Have plastic surgery. While going to the gym and eating healthy may get you the body you need, you don’t have time to count calories and do cardio––you need to look hot immediately. The only way you can achieve the pinnacle of perfection is to visit an extremely expensive plastic surgeon and explore a vast menu of options. Body areas to consider include:

*Boobs. Obviously. No self respecting trophy wife sports a pair of saggy double A’s. You need a rack that communicates, “I’m a hot mama, but no, I wasn’t a stripper.” Yes, boobs can do all that. Go big but not to the point where your chest gets all the attention. The point is for you to get the attention.

*Botox.Women as early as 25 can benefit from botox, especially around the lip area if you don’t currently own the Angelina Jolie pout.Also, some early botox may prevent those embarrassing wrinkles from making an appearance before the age of 70. Your botox routine should coincide with other regular maintenance such as waxing, manicures and haircuts.

*Lipo. No high-powered man wants a woman with cottage cheese oozing from her thighs. Sure, you could try to work out but instead, make a quick trip to the surgeon’s office and have that goo sucked right out.

*Butt.Butt implants are subjective and should only be considered if you know for a fact your man is a “butt” man. If you must go bigger, be sure the surgeon hikes the junk in your truck up higher so your backside doesn’t end up down by your knees as you age.

5.Know the Kardashians. Many classic trophy wives know and are friends with celebrities or reality celebrities. Somehow the Kardashians have become the current “gold standard” in the trophy wife world––they have all the connections to the best parties and events. So if you can cuddle up to Kris or even Kim you’ll have a leg up on the other wives.If you're not in the USA, find some other celebrities to team up with.

6.Get yourself a very good lawyer. Many successful older men, who have been down the marriage road before, will be ready with a pre-nup for you. In the “unlikely” event the marriage does not work out, you want to walk away with a decent return on your investment (ROI). A good divorce lawyer will know what to look for in a pre-nup that will be slanted in your favor and be ready to go up against your betrothed’s attorney.

7.Always be courteous. Being married does not mean you can be less nice than during dating. On the contrary, it is actually more important, because you are in a committed relationship.

8.Don’t act like a bubblehead. Although you're essentially considered to be a “prize,” a trophy wife has a brain in her head. Indeed, the whole point behind making a calculated match in a society that bleats out romantic love at every turning point shows you're already well aware of the often unspoken shortcomings behind basing a lifelong commitment on romance alone and have instead made a choice to be with a man because you're both getting something fulfilling from the relationship. You don’t have to discuss unrest in the Middle East, but don’t act like you don’t know what the stock market is either. Many a man with a trophy wife is as proud of her IQ as much as her appearance; indeed, this balance is a bonus, not a drawback.

Expect anyone who figures out that you calculated your way into the marriage to be provocative. Stare them down and ask what business is it of theirs to seek to be your moral compass. Or ask them what makes them the arbiter of relational happiness.

9.Dress the part. A trophy wife is always in style. Usually, most trophy wives wear dresses that flash a little something. Whether it's a short dress or your boobs are going over the dress. If you have a dress that's not flashing anything, then add a tight belt to the equation. Tight belts are like woven boob lifts. The hair matters as much as the outfit. Simple and straight is the way to go. The Kardashians all have hair that swoops around like silk, which adds to their trophy wife appearance. Shoes are almost the most important part of your look.

And high heels are the way to go. Wear some strap-on's or peep toes. They show some skin, which is what you're trying to do, and they're not so hard and clunky. Go for more solid colors that clash with your outfit than sparkles or rhinestones. Don't make it all about the shoes. Jewelry is the most important part that brings together your trophy wife appearance. This is where the rhinestones and sparkles belong.

Choose something expensive and real. A trophy wife never wears something fake. It just downsizes your husband's thought of you. He might be thinking, "My wife doesn't have enough money to buy herself some real diamonds?" So look in the glass boxes. That's where most of the real gems are. Wear a variety of jewels too. Don't wear diamonds to every party, meeting, get-together, and picnic! When shopping, get a little bit of this and that. For example, get a rhinestone bracelet, diamond necklace, amethyst ring, and pearl earrings. Then as you keep shopping, buy the whole collection. It'll save you a lot of looks and money.

1.Don't cry if he is being mean. Just give him some space. You get more control that way––and more respect, making you even more of a "trophy."

2.Be extremely accepting of his family, right or wrong. In some cases, even defend them!
3.Always keep your humor. Have the ability to laugh at him and at at yourself, all that you please.

4.Give your man plenty of attention––don’t always be shopping, texting, updating Facebook, sitting in the hairdresser's or traveling. Schedule daily opportunities to be with your husband such as dinner, parties, date nights and trips.

3.Do not overextend yourself. Becoming what you are not just to catch yourself a wealthy man is like catching sand through a sieve. It might work temporarily but eventually it all just falls away. Stay true to your own values and sense of fulfillment.

2.Never spend more money than he has––doing so will only put both of you in the poorhouse and dethrone you from trophy wife status. Be as enamored of saving as he is, just more savvy about how to liberate some more of it for spending.

Personal Grooming is Important

1.Good hygiene is a must. Make sure to bathe and groom yourself regularly. When applying deodorant or cologne, don't use a lot. Some girls may not like the smell and if you reek of it they're not going to be pleased. Also, make sure you don't use too much hair gel (it's sticky and goes rock hard after a while).

2.Pay attention to how you look. Wear clothes that fit your body well, eliminate flashy clothing and avoid fashion "faux pas" (i.e. baseball hats cocked slightly to the side). A simpler wardrobe will keep the emphasis on you, not your clothes, which will change your outlook. Get regular haircuts.

Be Polite

1.A true gentleman is polite to everyone, in action and words. Always be aware of how you can help people. Wait an extra few seconds to hold the door for the person behind you. Offer to help an old or pregnant person get their grocery bags to the car. You don't have to be paranoid or risk killing yourself (i.e if you've got a precarious grip on something heavy, don't open the door for someone) but respect is paramount. Even if someone is being stupid, be polite and respectful.

2.Be prepared to ask questions or make statements of courtesy, like "how was your day", "may I help you?", or "let me get that for you", or "I'll take care of that".

3.Don't swear. Ever. Don't speak of vulgar matter. If it's too difficult to stop cursing all-together, tone it down a lot.

4.In public, don't: fart, belch, speak too loudly, be overly demanding/offensive, or drink heavily. A gentleman is always in control of himself, body and mind.

Partake in Polite Conversation

1.Don't talk about yourself much. On the other hand, girls like to know a little bit about you so they can understand what you are talking about sometimes. In addition to making you a much more desirable conversationalist, it will make you seem more mysterious to not share too much, which many women find attractive. Get a basic idea of what's going on in music, sports, and politics.

2.Learn to either avoid politics and religion until you know someone better, and learn how to be neutral if someone else brings it up. A simple shrug will do wonders. A gentleman doesn't make other people uncomfortable.

Be Courteous to Women

1.Don't stare at and ogle women or say anything degrading to or about them. It's never a good idea to objectify a woman (or anyone else, for that matter).

2.Give girls a little extra respect. Don't be obsequious, but neofeminism has kind of gotten rid of some basic politeness that they'll appreciate, such as opening car/building doors, etc. Don't put every girl on a pedestal (we're all human), but they'll really appreciate it if you do them favors, like giving up your seat on the bus even though they're not carrying anything heavy.

3.There are some things you shouldn't talk to girls about. These include how hot other girls are, or anything at all of that nature. If she's not into sports or video games, you can say a few things but then move on to something she's into. Girls tend to be more interested in books and music than in sports and video games, though there are plenty of exceptions to every rule. It's fine to talk about that stuff with your guy friends, but a gentleman doesn't do that.

4.When walking on the sidewalk or on the side of the road, gentlemen should walk on the outside(closer to the road), whereas the lady should be on the inside, protected from oncoming traffic.

5.Do not talk down to women ever. It's okay to tease but being cruel is not the way to go. Teasing does not mean calling them vulgar words, however. No matter how joking your tone is, it hurts a woman when a so-called "gentleman" calls them a dirty word.

6.Pay attention to the fact that the world is more threatening for girls: they're automatically targets at night or in bad neighborhoods. Walk her to her door (or car) if at all possible. It doesn't matter how strong she actually is, if you're a girl people will go at you first, whereas by virtue of being male you're safer. If your girl has to park far away from her dorm or home, always offer to drive her to and from your destination. She will appreciate how caring you are about her safety.

Respect Your Girlfriend

1.Remember to keep doing nice things for your girlfriend when you're around her. If she's carrying something, pick it up when she puts it down and always kindly let her know by saying "oh, let me get that for you", whatever the object is. Remember, being selfish is not attractive. If you are watching television with your girl and you know she likes a particular show or sporting event, leave it there. She will appreciate that little bit of selflessness more than you know.

2.Show up with a card or a flower and not just for holidays. Expensive and showy doesn't matter, it's the effort. In fact, a rose, a little love note left on her pillow, or a heartfelt kiss will keep any girl happy for days.

3.If in love, be sure to tell her often that you love her and make it sound meaningful. Be open about yourself to her and share with one another, making sure you laugh and keep things upbeat. Don't be a stiff bore.

4.Stand up for your girl. Don't go around punching everyone who looks at her sideways, but if anyone is giving her looks or unwanted advances, intervene. Put your arm around her shoulder and move yourselves away, or go to her and speak up for her. The physical contact reassures her and lets the aggressor know that he's got to deal with both of you.

No Fighting Allowed

1.Avoid fighting, as it isn't the best way to solve problems, however a real gentleman never backs off when he's challenged, always standing up for himself and his values. Remember to prioritize and not sacrifice your values for someone who is clearly just picking a fight with whomever will join in. If someone is simply embarrassing himself by offending you, don't sink to his level, but walk away.

2.If you do decide to fight, keep the straight posture, even if your rival is taller than you. Be reasonable, never use weapons, such as guns, knives and the like, as this kind of "chivalry" is from the old days and might end up seriously damaging you. And never, never fight in/against a group, for a gentleman only duels, do not try to be Chuck Norris. If your opponent is down, that means you made your point and it's time to stop fighting. Offer him a hand to get up, always expecting a bad reaction, as he might not have the same values as you have.

Tips

1.Be sincere.

2.Basic hygiene and a clean appearance is important but a gentleman should not be obsessed with his looks. He is not a fop. He is a polite and unselfish man.

3.Loving her means always giving (do not take this literally) so keep that in mind while you are with her. Always give (love, time, words of affirmation). Just don't give so much that you resent her. It's okay to also spend some time with your guy friends.

4.Looking good doesn't mean you can't keep wearing jeans, T-shirts, and sneakers, it just means that they should all be clean, unwrinkled, look good on you, and not be offensive. However, at the end of the day, it's the guy inside the clothes that counts. It's also good to wear a belt, it can do wonders.

5.Always be aware of your surroundings and your actions,as how others perceive you can play a role and how you are received by others.

6.Truth walks side by side with men, and so does falsity. Being a gentleman is not necessarily about looking like one.

7.Lead by example that means being considerate of others and talk about things that people can relate to like the economy etc.

8.This shows interest of people in their immediate surroundings.

9.When talking to a girl, give her your undivided attention. And if she has something to add to the conversation, listen to her.

10.Don't ever honk when coming to pick up a girl for a date, always walk up to the door and knock or ring the doorbell.

11.Always smile and maintain eye contact with whoever you're talking to. This creates an emotional bond between the both of you.

1.Never use drugs or drink alcohol to excess. They will impair your judgment, and a true gentleman is in control of himself at all times.

2.Gentlemen have dignity and honor by their sides, yet they are humble and thoughtful. You're not better than anyone else just because you're doing this. Don't think it, don't act like it.

3.While being helpful is nice, don't be overbearing.

4.A gentleman can recognize it when he loses a fight. Know the difference between standing up for yourself and being a fool.

7 Kesalahan Menilai Diri Sendiri

2. Menilai bahwa orang terkenal lebih baik daripada kita

Kadang orang yang sudah menjadi terkenal dan sudah sering keluar masuk TV lewat acara-acara gosip, ato dalam acara-acara hiburan langsung kita anggap sebagai public figure, padahal apa pernah si “public figure” mendapat persetujuan dari public bahwa mereka layak dijadikan figure. Kan nggak pernah, mereka hanya menjadi figure terkenal yang tidak berarti berbanding lurus sebagai menjadi panutan.

3. Menganggap bahwa orang akan dihargai kalo pintar meniru

Ini yang menjadi kecenderungan yang sangat bodoh, kita tega menggadaikan identitas kita hanya gara-gara takut tidak bisa menari salsa, takut dikira bodoh hanya gara-gara nggak bisa bahasa inggris, minder kalo nggak kenal sama lagu yang sedang ngepop. Kita memiliki dunia yang berbeda itulah warna kehidupan, kalo semua harus sama ya nggak asik dong...

4.Mencoba menarik diri dari pergaulan

Pada saat kita selalu menjadi pecundang, yang paling sering dilakukan adalah menarik diri dari pergaulan, dan itu bukan solusi yang jitu. Itu hanya sikap melarikan diri. Menarik diri dari pergaulan makin membuat kita anti sosial dan berarti akan merugikan diri sendiri dalam pergaulan dan ciri kita sebagai makhluk sosial. Apabila kita memang merasa menjadi pecundang, yang paling oke yaitu membuktikan pada orang yang mengkalim kita looser, bahwa mereka tidak lebih baik dari kita. Misalnya dalam lingkungan hanya didiisi oleh Taufik Hidayat-Taufik Hidayat yang pintar bulutangkis, kan nggak kemudian Utut Adianto yang pintar catur harus menarik diri.

5.Memihak pada sosok idola

Di antara sekian teman kita mungkin kadang ada yang kita anggap sebagai tokoh utama, entah karena kecantikannya, kekayannya, kepandaiannya, kenakalannya dan lain2. Tokoh utama itu menjadi banyak teman dan pengikut yang seakan-akan abdi dalem. Kalo kita memposisikan sebagai abdi dalem itu maka kita hanya sebagai pemain figuran dan sama saja dengan pecundang. Pada saat kita selalu memihak pada si tokoh utama kita merasa akan ikut eksis sepadan sama dia padahal kita hanya akan lebih mengibarkan benderanya sementara kita hanya terus menjadi tiang penyangganya.

6.Merekayasa kepribadian

Ini lebih konyol lagi, dalam sekumpulan orang yang sepintas nampak high quality tiba-tiba kita berlagak seakan-akan sekualitas dengan mereka dengan mengarang gaya duduk, gaya berjalan, cara makan, cara berkata, tersenyum, dan merancang cerita-cerita yang tidak sesuai kenyataan. Bayangkan kalo ternyata mereka semua sebenarnya hanya saling merekayasa seperti yang kita lakukan karena menganggap kita dan yang lain adalah high quality person... hehehehehe.... konyol bukan?

7.Menyimpulkan bahwa hidup itu kejam

Kesimpulan ini membuat kita menjadi skeptis, karena sebenarnya kehidupan ini sudah diatur dengan sangat seimbang. Biasanya sering mengalami kegagalan demi kegagalan yang kemudian memaksa kita menyimpulkan pendapat ini. Sementara kita sebenarnya tidak tahu betul apa yang terjadi kemudian?? Apakah yang kita anggap sebagai keberhasilan adalah benar2 yang terbaik? atau bahkan justru akan membahayakan atau merugikan kita. Maka lebih baik segala hal coba dilihat dari beberapa sudut agar kita menjadi lebih bijaksana.

Kebahagiaan tidak lain adalah limpahan karunia Ilahi, bukan merupakan sebuah hasil usaha semata. Seperti masuknya hamba-hamba yang sholeh kedalam syurga bukan dikarenakan amalan mereka semata yang -sebut saja tidak terhitung jumlahnya menurut ukuran manusia- melainkan karena rahmat dan kasih sayang Allah subhanahu wa ta’ala.

Dalam sudut pandang ikhtiar atau usaha, Ahlus Sunnah berkeyakinan bahwa manusia diberikan kebebasan memilih, jalan kebahagiaan atau kesengsaraan. Tapi tetap seluruh usaha manusia -mau tidak mau- terikat dalam sebuah ketetapan pasti yaitu takdir Alloh.

Takdir adalah hak mutlak milik Allah. Manusia hanya memiliki hak menebar usaha, melakukan amalan, berikhtiar dan bekerja. Kita harus mengimani takdir apapun yang terjadi. Namun dalam nuansa ikhtiar kita harus tetap berusaha, niscaya Allah akan memberikan kemudahan.

Ada dua kata kunci disini: takdir dan usaha. Keduanya tidak bisa terpisahkan. Dan keduanya, bisa menjadi pemicu terwujudnya gelombang kebahagiaan.

Pertama, takdir. Dengan meyakini takdir, seorang muslimah akan memiliki ketabahan, terutama di saat harus menerima dera musibah secara bertubi-tubi atau di saat menghadapi ancaman terhadap ketentraman hidupnya.

Allah berfirman,

مَآ أَصَابَ مِن مّصِيبَةٍ فِي الأرْضِ وَلاَ فِيَ أَنفُسِكُمْ إِلاّ فِي كِتَابٍ مّن قَبْلِ أَن نّبْرَأَهَآ إِنّ ذَلِكَ عَلَى اللّهِ يَسِيرٌ

“Tiada sesuatu bencana pun yang menimpa dibumi dan (tidak pula) pada dirimu sendiri, melainkan telah tertulis dalam kitab (Lauhul Mahfuzh) sebelum Kami menciptakan-nya. Sesungguhnya yang demikian itu adalah mudah bagi Allah.” (Al-Hadid: 22)

Ketabahan itulah, yang akan menjadi pemicu kebahagiaan. Karena ketabahan itu muncul melalui proses keimanan yang bertarung melawan bujuk rayu nafsu, melawan tekanan keadaan, untuk kemudian keluar sebagai pemenang, mendulang karunia petunjuk Allah.

Allah berfirman,

مَآ أَصَابَ مِن مّصِيبَةٍ إِلاّ بِإِذْنِ اللّهِ وَمَن يُؤْمِن بِاللّهِ يَهْدِ قَلْبَهُ وَاللّهُ بِكُلّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيمٌ

“Tidak ada sesuatu musibah pun yang menimpa seseorang kecuali dengan izin Allah. Dan barangsiapa yang beriman kepada Allah, niscaya Dia akan memberi petunjuk kepada hatinya dan Allah Maha Mengetahui segala sesuatu…” (Ath Thaghabun: 11)

Hati yang mendapatkan petunjuk, niscaya memancarkan cahaya pasrah, menyingkirkan nafsu amarah, menepis rasa kesal dan kecewa sehingga lahirlah kebahagiaan itu.

Di sisi lain, keyakinan kepada takdir, menyeruakkan nuansa kesegaran berpikir, karena dasar keyakinan bahwa Allah akan memberikan pahala, bagi orang-orang yang tabah dan sabar.

وَجَزَاهُمْ بِمَا صَبَرُواْ جَنّةً وَحَرِيراً

“Dan Dia memberi balasan kepada mereka karena ketabahan mereka (dengan) surga dan (pakaian) sutera…” (Al Insan: 12)

Kedua, adalah usaha yaitu usaha yang baik atau amal sholeh yang dilakukan seorang mukmin, memiliki nilai sakral. Berkaitan dengan kandungan ruh keikhlasan dan kekuatan dan kekuatan peneladanan terhadap manusia terbaik, Rasulullah shalallahu ‘alaihi wassalam yang terdapat di dalamnya. Dua kandungan itu, bagaikan nyawa dan kekuatan. Membuat usaha yang dilakukan oleh seorang mukmin berpengaruh impresif, menekan jauh ke lubuk jiwa, melakukan kepuasan yang tiada tara.

Tidak peduli, apakah usaha itu -pada akhirnya- menampakkan hasil, atau terjatuh pada lubang-lubang kegagalan. Dalam konteks ini, usaha apa pun yang dilakukan oleh seorang muslim tak lepas dari bingkai ibadah, atau penghambaan diri kepada Allah. Semakin hebat usaha yang dilakukan, semakin meningkat kualitas kehambaannya.

Sebagai contohnya, ibadah sholat diyakini mampu menjadi media penyejuk hati, bila dilakukan dengan khusu‘ dan dibarengi dengan kesabaran jiwa…

يَآأَيّهَا الّذِينَ آمَنُواْ اسْتَعِينُواْ بِالصّبْرِ وَالصّلاَةِ إِنّ اللّهَ مَعَ الصّابِرِينَِ

“Hai orang-orang yang beriman jadikanlah sabar dan sholat sebagai penolongmu, sesungguhnya Allah beserta orang-orang yang sabar.” (Al Baqoroh: 153)

Dari pemaparan di atas, kita bisa menyimpulkan sebuah fenomena yang cukup menarik. Kebahagiaan itu lebih sering muncul, setiap kali seorang muslim selesai melakukan pekerjaannya. Disebut dengan kata lebih sering muncul, karena selesai atau tidak suatu pekerjaan, berhasil atau tidak suatu usaha, tidak akan mempengaruhi kebahagiaan yang bakal didapat oleh seorang muslim. Di saat gagal berusaha, seorang mukmin tetaplah berbahagia, karena pengaruh mutiara ketabahan yang tertanam kuat dalam jiwanya. Di saat berhasil, ia akan memperoleh kebahagiaan lebih, karena rasa syukurnya. Itulah keajaiban seorang mukmin!

“Sungguh ajaib sikap seorang mukmin! Karena segala sesuatunya baik baik baginya. Hal itu hanya berlaku bagi seorang mukmin saja. Apabila ia mendapatak kesenanagan, ia bersyukur. Itu menjadi kebaikan baginya. Dan apabila ia tertimpa musibah, ia tetap tabah, maka itu pun menjadi kebaikan baginya.” (Diriwayatkan oleh Muslim no. 2999)

Sekali lagi, kebahagiaan itu lebih mudah dirasakan oleh seorang muslim ketika usaii menyelesaikan pekerjaannya. Adapun rasa syukur yang ia ungkapkan, menjadikannya nilaii lebih. Meskipun secara umum, rasa syukur itu lebih mudah dilakukan, daripada ketabahan dii saat terjadi musibah. Disebutkan dalam sebuah hadits, “Sesungguhnya, ketabahan yang sejati itu ada pada guncangan pertama kali ketika terjadinya musibah.” (Diriwayatkan oleh Al Bukhari dalam Shohihnya I: 430)

Rasa syukur akan memberikan nilai lebih, terhadap penyegaran hati dan penentraman jiwa. Dari situlah, sebuah karunia akan semakin terasa kenikmatannya.Sebagaimana realitas kehidupan, kebahagiaan biasa hadir di saat seorang hamba mengakhiri ibadah puasanya selepas maghrib. Kehadirannya bagaikan kebahagiaan utama yang luar biasa nikmatnya.

“Orang yang melaksanakan ibadah puasa, memiliki dua kebahagiaan, yang pasti akan dirasakannya: Saat berbuka, ia berbahagia karena selesai berpuasa. Saat berjumpa dengan Allah, ia berbahagia, karena ibadah puasanya.” (Diriwayatkan oleh Al Bukari II: 673, oleh Muslim II: 807 dan At Tirmidzy III: 137)

Kebahagiaan yang didapatkan oleh seorang muslim lebih bersifat nyata dan pasti, karena merupakan dua senyawa yang terkait antara satu dengan lain. Yaitu takdir Allah dan usaha manusia dengan cara yang benar dan ikhlas. Sementara bagi orang yang tidak beriman, kebahagiaan hanyalah merupakan ‘letupan’ sesaat, tatkala menemukan hal-hal yang disukainya, atau terlepas dari beban yang menghimpitnya. Nilainya pun hanyalah sesaat, karena tidak memiliki ruh keikhlasan dan kekuatan.

Shinichi Kudo

Background

At the beginning of the series, Shinichi is a fairly famous high school detective who frequently helps the Tokyo police solve murder mysteries.

One day, Shinichi brings his friend Ran to a local theme park called Tropical Land, to celebrate her victory in the Metropolitan Karate Championships. He later ends up solving a murder case there.As they are leaving, Shinichi heads off alone to follow a suspicious man in black, Vodka, who was a suspect in the earlier murder. Shinichi witnesses a blackmail exchange between Vodka and a company president in a secluded area just outside the park, but is too engrossed to notice Gin, Vodka's partner, sneak up from behind. Gin knocks him out and forces him to swallow a new experimental poison known as APTX 4869, and they then leave him to die. However, instead of killing Shinichi, a rare side-effect occurs: his body shrinks into that of his six year-old self.After escaping from well-meaning but skeptical park security, with nowhere else to go Shinichi heads home. He there runs into his next door neighbor and close family friend, Professor Agasa, who warns him that he must keep his identity secret because the Black Organization will kill him and others associated with him should they discover the truth.

Conan Edogawa

Shinichi comes up with the alias Conan Edogawa from Arthur Conan Doyle and Edogawa Rampo and pretends to be a distant relative of Agasa's, who places Conan in Ran's care.Ran's father Kogoro Mouri owns a Detective Agency, which may allow Conan to run into a case involving the Black Organization. In the meantime, to protect his identity he is forced to play the part of a first-grader, including enrolling as a student at Teitan Elementary. Three classmates befriend him and pull him into creating the Detective Boys after which he tries to keep them out of trouble between using Kogoro as a mouthpiece to solve crimes and searching for how to get his old life back.

Personality

At the beginning of the series, Shinichi is a 16-year old student at Teitan High School. He is already well-known as a brilliant young detective, the "Savior of the police force", for solving many difficult cases that the professionals could not.[3] Shinichi was born to Yusaku Kudo, a mystery writer, and Yukiko Kudo, a former movie star.[8] He is extremely intelligent, and even from a young age, was very intuitive and observant. Due to the influence of his father and the general laissez-faire environment at home, he has long been an incessant and persistent reader, especially of mystery novels.Yusaku started taking Shinichi to crime scenes as a child, which inspired him to be a detective. Due to his genius and often blunt, informal approach, Shinichi can be rude and arrogant. However, he cares deeply about human life, unable to understand how any reason could be sufficient motive for murder, and is convinced that driving a culprit to suicide is no better than murder itself.The few times he has been too late to save a life haunt him throughout the series.

Besides his intelligence, Shinichi is an extremely skilled soccer player, having been professionally scouted at school but choosing to stay at the amateur level. He initially played to hone his reflexes and often juggles a ball to clear his mind, but he is also an enthusiastic fan of the sport in its own right. Shinichi is also known for his inability to sing, but was revealed to have perfect pitch. He is also shown to play the violin in Movie 12, taking after his idol, Sherlock Holmes. He is well-educated in English, as he once conversed with and translated for an American diplomat, and later solved a case in London without evidence of any language barrier.

Prior to his transformation, Shinichi enjoys being in the spotlight, reveling in making local headlines and receiving fan-mail, and has a flair for the dramatic like his mother that can be seen every time he sets out a deduction in pieces building to a climax. Throughout the series, Shinichi's predicament forces him to gain a sense of humility. Despite his popularity with the masses and his schoolmates, he has very few close friends — Ran, Agasa, Heiji, Ai, and to some extent the other Detective Boys (and if you're really reaching, Kaitou Kid and Sonoko).

Appearance and Skills

Shinichi has a striking resemblance to his father, Yusaku Kudo, sporting the same dark brown hair, slightly paled skin, and facial structures. The only traits he doesn't share with his father is the mustache and round glasses. The only physical feature he inherited from his mother, Yukiko Kudo, is his blue eyes. Besides his high school uniform, he also wears fine suits, with a tie, or regular clothing, which vary to his choice.

Shinichi's skills as a detective are near the level of the greatest detective in history, Sherlock Holmes, which he's often nicknamed as the, "Modern Sherlock Holmes". He has a keen eye for details, and can spot any "strange points", in a case, that most people tend to ignore or not take into account. This comes from his photographic memory, of being able to remember every abstract of an investigation. Shinichi can also solve a complicated case, just by the littlest hints outside the crime scene, basically, he has the ability to "think out of the box". Shinichi also has knowledge over subjects that help him solve cases, that many people don't know of, this trait was probably because of his insistent reading as a child.

Besides intelligence, Shinichi also has amazing athletic ability, mostly from soccer, his favorite sport. In order to defend himself from criminals that would try and hurt him or those around him. Shinichi is very skilled at soccer, with only one kick, he's able to accurately shoot any small item, with enough force and power, to the intended target, often, leaving them unconscious in the process. Aside from soccer, Shinichi exhibits a knack for handling firearms, due to his father taking him to firing ranges from time to time. This is seen in the second movie when, as Conan, Shinichi fires at Ran to render her useless as a hostage, though his aim is precise enough to spare her life. Also, during the Clocktower Heist, Shinichi is able to shoot and dislodge the support beam of a giant projection screen, which Kaitou Kid had placed in order to fool a crowd of onlookers, from a moving helicopter.

Also possibly due to his soccer training, Shinichi has been shown to be extremely nimble. For example, in the sixth movie Conan is seen to fight with various antagonists, and he even holds his own against Jack the Ripper, a notorious serial killer who bests even Ran in combat. In the fourteenth movie, Conan does a backflip on his skateboard in order to avoid being killed by the blimp's hijackers. This is also evidence to the fact that Shinichi (or rather, explicitly Conan) shows a proclivity for skateboarding. Oftentimes, mostly in movies, Conan is seen riding his skateboard with extreme dexterity.

Ran, despite being a practiced and acclaimed martial artist, claims no one has a better round house kick than Shinichi. This is likely due to his soccer skills.

Though Shinichi is 'Tone-Deaf', and can't sing, he has the ability of 'Perfect Pitch'. Also, to be like his favorite detective, Sherlock Holmes, he plays the violin. This was confirmed in movie 12 of the 'Full Score of Fear' when he played "Amazing Grace" for Ran. However, he is stumped on what Ran meant when she said, "He has a funny habit when he plays."

Plot overview

Because the main plot revolves around the fact that Shinichi has become 'Conan' and is forced into hiding, Shinichi himself appears rarely in the series. However, Conan is frequently shown calling Ran using his voice-changing bow tie to sound like Shinichi. In these instances, it can be said that the character of Shinichi, albeit in the body of Conan, is appearing, since these phone conversations allow Shinichi to be himself, however briefly.

Transformations back into Shinichi

Shinichi appeared in the pilot episode, but by the end he had been transformed into Conan, thus beginning the series' plot.

His next appearance was in Volume 10, when a strange detective from Osaka named Heiji Hattori arrived at Mouri Detective Agency looking for Shinichi in order to determine which of them was the better detective. A strange combination of having a cold and drinking baijiu that Heiji had brought along allowed Conan to briefly grow into Shinichi once again.

Antidotes

In Volume 26, Conan was able to become Shinichi using an Antidote (prototype) that Ai Haibara synthesized. As himself, he tried to surprise Ran by disguising himself as a character in her play, but was interrupted by a murder case and ended up revealing himself to his entire high school. Heiji Hattori covered for him and Shinichi was able to spend about 48 hours as himself, albeit with a brief collapse about halfway through, and turned back into Conan just as he seemed to be about to confess his feelings to Ran.

Shinichi's next appearance was not until Volume 62, when, while on a case with Heiji, Conan went missing and 'Shinichi' seemed to appear. However, the 'Shinichi' is actually someone who had gotten plastic surgery to look like Shinichi Kudo, and was actually trying to blame Kudo for a murder. Then the real Shinichi, who had been hiding in the forest until he could clear his name, appeared.

It was revealed he had been temporarily restored by another of Haibara's prototypes.[18] After the case, however, Shinichi transform back to Conan, but luckily, Haibara secretly followed him there and give him another antidote, saving him from revealing his identity to Kogoro, Ran and Kazuha. While driving home from the case, the group was stopped by another murder which Shinichi and Heiji investigated together, despite increasing pangs that warned of his iminent reversion to Conan.

After the case resolved, Ran tried to stop Shinichi from leaving, saying she had something to tell him. Shinichi stopped her, saying "According to my deductions, what you have to say and what I have to say are the same thing." Ran seized his hand while he was transforming back into Conan, and though Haibara knocked her out with Conan's wristwatch, she refused to let go of his hand. Haibara and Professor Agasa had to cut and re-pin Conan's shirt onto him because Ran was still clutching his hand.

Most recently, in Volume 71, the Mouris and Conan were invited to England by a rich top-notch British woman, Diana Kingstone after Kogoro had found a cat under the table in Poirot Cafe, and it was revealed to be Diana's. However, since 'Conan Edogawa' doesn't have the proper credentials to fly internationally, Ai gave him a prototype pill that Shinichi and Agasa could fly low-profile to England on the same plane that Ran and Kogoro were flying. Ai gave him a second prototype pill for the return journey, but Conan used it while Ran was pursuing him. They came as close as they ever have to openly confessing their feelings for each other, Shinichi told Ran he loved her, but Shinichi soon fled to become Conan again. For the return trip to Japan, it was revealed that Ai had expected him to use his second pill, and had brought extras which allowed him to return to Japan.

Flashback Appearances

Shinichi has appeared in several flashbacks, most notably the flashback of his trip to New York City with Ran when they were sixteen in Volume 35. There, they met Vermouth and Shuichi Akai for the first time.

In Volume 55, a flashback revealed that first-graders Shinichi and Ran had been given a riddle by the Kaitou Kid, Toichi Kuroba.

Non-Canonical Appearances

In Movie 7, Heiji was injured and Kazuha kidnapped; her abductors threatened to kill her unless Heiji showed up for her. Believing Heiji to be unable to do so, Conan contacted Ai and asked if there was any way for him to briefly become Heiji. Ai gave him medicine to simulate the effects of a cold, then the same Chinese liquor that had changed him in his and Heiji's first manga appearance. Conan became Shinichi for approximately an hour, but according to Ai he was extremely weak and sick for the entire time.

In OVA 9, Conan takes another prototype antidote. However, it proves less effective than the prototype she used during the Desperate Revival arc; Conan became Shinichi, but only for a few hours, and remained in a feverish state, unable to wake up until he had reverted back to Conan. During his time unconscious, he had a vivid hallucination that he had grown to age 17 again as Conan and that Ran, aged 27, was about to marry Tomoaki Araide.

Caturtunggal adalah sebuah desa yang terletak di Kecamatan Depok, Sleman, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Desa Caturtunggal terletak pada 7º46’48” LS, dan 110º23’45” BT, dengan luas wilayah 11.070.000 M² dan didiami oleh 57.228 jiwa. Sebagai daerah dengan PTN terbanyak, maka daerah ini hampir seperempatnya dihuni oleh mahasiswa. Banyak terdapat lokasi indekos dan penginapan.

Sejarah

Pada mulanya Desa Caturtunggal merupakan wilayah yang terdiri dari 5 (lima) kelurahan, yaitu Kelurahan Karangwuni, Kelurahan Mrican, Kelurahan Demangan, Kelurahan Ambarukmo, dan Kelurahan Kledokan. Berdasarkan Maklumat Pemerintah Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta yang diterbitkan tahun 1946 mengenai Pemerintahan Kelurahan, maka lima kelurahan tersebut kemudian digabung menjadi satu desa yang otonom dengan nama Desa Caturtunggal yang secara resmi ditetapkan berdasarkan Maklumat Nomor 5 Tahun 1948 tentang Perubahan Daerah-daerah Kelurahan.

Bidang Pendidikan

Secara makro, kondisi pendidikan masyarakat di desa Caturtunggal sudah cukup baik. Namun dari hasil observasi dan Indepth Interview , secara mikro bidang pendidikan masih memiliki banyak permasalahan, sebagian besar adalah beratnya biaya pendidikan. Salah satu peluang yaitu dengan adanya program BOS (Bantuan Operasional Sosial) dan program-program Beasiswa yang ada.

Bidang Kesehatan dan Lingkungan

Kesahatan dan Lingkungan merupakan dua hal yang terkait erat, lingkungan yang sehat, kondusif dan nyaman akan berpengaruh langsung terhadap kesehatan masyarakat. Secara makro kondisi kesehatan dan Lingkungan di desa Caturtunggal sudah cukup baik akan tetapi masih dijumpai beberapa masalah mengenai MCK (Mandi Cuci Kakus) dan SPAL (Saluran Pembuangan Air Limbah).

Faktor Sarana dan Prasarana dapat menjadi factor pendukung majunya suatu wilayah. Secara makro faktor tersebut telah tersedia dengan baik, akan tetapi membutuhkan perawatan secara berkala dikarenakan masih terdapat beberapa ruas jalan yang telah rusak. Untuk memecahkan masalah tersebut dibutuhkan dana yang besar sehingga peran serta semua pihak sangat diharapkan.

Bidang Sosial Budaya dan Kelembagaan

Desa Caturtunggal merupakan desa yang penuh dengan keragaman potensi budaya dan lembaga. Perspektif budaya masyarakat masih sangat kental dengan budaya Jawa, hal ini dapat dimengerti karena hampir semua desa di Kabupaten Sleman Masih Kuat terpengaruh dengan adanya pusat kebudayaan Jawa yang tercdermin dari keberadaan Kraton Kasultanan maupun Pakualaman. Pengaruh agama Islam juga sangat kental sebagai agama Mayoritas penduduk. Sedangkan potensi kelembagaan yang ada seperti LPMD (Lembaga Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa), KPD (Kader Pembangunan Desa), Karang Taruna dan PKK diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan social dengan program-programnya.

Bidang Sosial Kependudukan

Data Sosial yang terkait dengan kondisi kependudukan baik ketenagakerjaan, mata pencaharian, kesejahteraan penduduk, kualitas penduduk dan hal lain sangat terkait. Masalah pengangguran merupakan masalah yang lumrah akan tetapi pemerintah desa memfasilitasi melalui program pelatihan dan penyuluhan sehingga diharapkan dapt menumbuhkan jiwa wirausaha dan kreatifitas yang tinggi, akan tetapi semua itu akan dapat berjalan dengan baik apabila mendapat bantuan dari dinas atau pihak yang terkait.

Bidang Ekomomi Produktif

Potensi yang dimiliki oleh desa Caturtunggal yaitu banyaknya jumlah warga usia produktif yang terdidik akan tetapi dikarenakan terbatasnya lapangan kerja maka hamper 10% menjadi pengangguran terselubung. Keterbatasan modal, lahan, penyuluhan, keterampilan untuk berwirausaha, mahalnya biaya produksi disektor pertanian menjadi salah satu permasalahan. Adanya dana bantuan dari pemerintah desa, BKM dan PNPM Mandiri menjadi solusi permasalahan tersebut sehingga potensi dapat dioptimalkan.

Pendidikan

Terdapat 24 Perguruan Tinggi baik Negeri (misalnya: Universitas Gajah Mada, Uiversitas Negeri Yogyakarta) maupun swasta (misalnya: Universitas Sanata Dharma, Atmajaya, UII dan UPN).

Kesehatan

Desa Caturtunggal memiliki 3 Rumah Sakit besar baik negeri maupun swasta yaitu; RS. Sarjito dan RS. Panti Rapih).

Acara seni dan budaya yang dilaksanakan setiap tahun di desa Caturtunggal khususnya di padukuhan Samirono berupa Saparan ”Festival Kluwung Budaya ”.

Ekonomi

Terdapat ruko-ruko dan mall besar (misal: Ambarukmo Plaza), pasar tradisional serta asrama mahasiswa yang dikelola dari tanah kas desa.

Bidang pelayanan warga masyarakat dengan Sistem Pelayanan Terpadu, sangat membantu jasa pelayanan kepada masyarakat secara cepat, tepat, efektif dan efisien di dalam bidang pelayanan umum, kependudukan, pertanahan dan agraria serta trantibmas.

Depok Sleman

Depok adalah sebuah kecamatan di Kabupaten Sleman, Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Kantor Kecamatan Depok di Komplek Kolombo No.50 A, Desa Catur Tunggal. Lokasi ibu kota kecamatan Depok berada di 7.75715‘ LS dan 110.39625‘ BT. Kecamatan Depok merupakan wilayah dengan pertumbuhan paling pesat di provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Berada di Kawasan Utara Aglomerasi Kota Yogyakarta, Depok terasa istimewa dengan keberadaan berbagai perguruan tinggi, obyek vital, dan kawasan pemukiman baru. Kawasan yang terdiri dari 3 Desa dan 58 Dusun ini sudah sedemikian menyatu dengan kota Yogyakarta, sehingga batasnya tak kelihatan lagi. Kecamatan Depok dihuni oleh 119.063 jiwa (Data Kantor Kependudukan & Catatan Sipil, Kab. Sleman 2006) yang terdiri dari 61.614 laki-laki, dan 57.449 perempuan, mereka terbagi dalam 33.113 Kepala Keluarga.

Di Kecamatan ini terdapat berbagai tak kurang 23 perguruan tinggi di antara yang terkenal adalah Universitas Gadjah Mada, Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta, Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Sunan Kalijaga, Universitas Islam Indonesia, Universitas Sanata Dharma (USD), Universitas Pembangunan Nasional "Veteran" Yogyakarta, Universitas Atmajaya Yogyakarta, dan STIE YKPN. Keberadaan berbagai perguruan tinggi tersebut menghadirkan ribuan pelajar, mahasiswa dan pendatang yang berdomisili di daerah ini.

Selain pertumbuhan ekonomi yang tinggi, angka kriminalitas di Kecamatan Depok juga tertinggi di Kabupaten Sleman, bahkan menurut hampir 3/4 kasus kriminalitas di Kabupaten Sleman terjadi di wilayah ini. Kebanyakan kasus kriminal yang terjadi adalah Curanmor dan Narkoba. Untuk mengantisipasinya, terdapat tiga Polsek di Kecamatan ini yakni Polsek Depok Barat, Depok Timur, dan Bulaksumur.

Keistimewaan Kecamatan Depok semakin bertambah dengan keberadaan beberapa obyek vital seperti Bandar Udara Adisucipto Yogyakarta, Stadion Maguwoharjo, dan Markas Polda DIY. Berbagai Pusat Perbelanjaan dan Hotel juga berlokasi di wilayah ini. Bagi yang tidak tahu, mungkin akan menganggap wilayah kecamatan Depok masih menjadi bagian kota Yogyakarta.
